The readout is displayed in kilometers or miles in the range of 0 to 65535 km (or 0 - 40959 miles) with a resolution of one kilometer or one mile. The
first value is changed by one kilometer or one mile after resetting.

NOTE:  The 4 wheel speed signals are evaluated for the distance travelled. They are passed on as a CAN message from the traction systems control
module (N47) to the instrument cluster (A1). The distance travelled is counted in parallel with the odometer function of the instrument cluster (A1).

NOTE:  If the display of travel time or distance travelled exceeds the maximum display value (65535 km or 99:59 hours), the travel time and the
distance travelled of the respective memory are reset automatically. This retains the correlation between travel time and distance travelled.
