Fault codes B1867 and B1871 in Airbag Control Module
If fault codes B1867 and/or B1871 are stored in the airbag control module on Model 220 vehicles, check the wires leading from the control module
(N2/7) pins 43, 44 and 47, 48 to the airbag intermediate connectors (X28/12 (4) and X28/12 (5)) at the left A-pillar (WH/YE and BN/PK wires) and
right A-pillar (WH/PK and WH/BK wires) for possible damage.
