Using a dark colored marker, draw four lines (arrows, Figure 3) connecting the indentations.

Using a sharp utility knife and a straight edge as a guide, carefully cut through the hat shelf material along the guide lines (arrows).

4. Assemble the tether anchor assembly as shown (B, Figure 4)

Note: 
Tether anchor assembly will be used in the next step to seat insert (A) into headrest arrester.
