9.1 Detach level sensor control rod (120a) from torsion bar link

9.2 Remove level sensor control rod (122a) from both spring links.

Vehicles with active body control (ABC)

Use assembly attachment, pit hoist or floor jack to support rear axle under final-drive unit.

Remove rear axle mounting bolts, front (1c)
CAUTION: Installation: recut thread on frame floor with tap.

Carefully lower rear axle
CAUTION: Take care not to trap brake cables and lines.

Remove front rubber mounts (1a) in rear axle suspension
NOTE: Always replace both front rubber mounts.

Install in the reverse order.
