Thoroughly clean the hydraulic line.

Connect STAR Diagnosis, and select the following menus; Control Units--> Chassis--> ABC active body control --> Actuations --> Cyclically
Alternative Actuation Of All Suspension Struts In A Circular Motion Rodeo".

Note: 

The Rodeo actuation is performed in order to heat the system up to operating temperature. Allow the vehicle to run in the Rodeo" program mode for
a minimum of 5 minutes.

Perform a visual inspection of the hydraulic line.

10)

If the system is still leaking replace the affected hydraulic line.

Note: 

No residues such as swarf, lint, etc., must be allowed to enter the ABC system through the open oil pressure line connections.

Fill and bleed the ABC hydraulic system. WIS document AP32.50-P-0021N.

12)

After line replacement, thoroughly clean the hydraulic line area.

Connect STAR Diagnosis, and select the following menus; Control Units --> Chassis --> ABC active body control --> Actuations --> Cyclically
Alternative Actuation Of All Suspension Struts In A Circular Motion Rodeo".

14)

Perform a visual inspection of the hydraulic line.

15)

If after hydraulic line replacement the system continues to leak, replace the corresponding element for line connection (e.g. valve block, T-fitting).

16)

Fill and bleed the ABC hydraulic system. WIS document AP32.50-P-0021N.

17)

After component replacement, thoroughly clean the hydraulic line and component area.

Connect STAR Diagnosis, and select the following menus; Control Units --> Chassis --> ABC active body control --> Actuations --> Cyclically
Alternative Actuation Of All Suspension Struts In A Circular Motion Rodeo".

19)

Perform a complete visual inspection of the ABC hydraulic system.
