Standard production breakpoints/Modifications/New features

Modified (less permeable) fuel system (phased-in as of 03/94). As a result fewer fuel vapors pass to atmosphere.

Modifications:

Activated charcoal filter enlarged from 1.15 liters to 3.5 liters

Diameter and material of connection hoses

Vent valve (15 mbar) opens at a pressure of 10 - 20 mbar in fuel tank

Air admission at activated charcoal replaced by air admission flap (A)
