Install panoramic roof frame (1) within 5 min. after applying adhesive to body, otherwise adhesion force of glue will be impaired.
1. Position panoramic roof frame (1) above roof cutout with aid of three helpers and carefully lay down on glue bead.
Cup suction tool.
On model 212 align panoramic roof frame (1) between rear glass roof and rear window according to noted gap dimensions.
2. Remove adhesive tape (2) which fastens the lip of the rear window and the windshield
3. Align panoramic roof frame (1) in relation to rear window and to roof paneling at side according to dimensions noted (A, B, C).
Ensure that panoramic roof frame (1) is parallel to the roof paneling.
4. Align height of panoramic roof frame (1) in relation to windshield and to rear window by pressing on according to dimensions noted.
Immediately remove contamination caused by the adhesive.
5. Carefully remove cup suction tool.
