Night View Assist Picture Occasionally Not Displayed

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of no picture displaying in the driver display in the instrument cluster after Night View
Assist has been activated, this may be due to a software error in the instrument cluster. To resolve, flash the instrument cluster with SDS version 03/2006
or higher via menu path: Control units -> Information and Communication - Instrument Cluster -> Control Unit Adaptations -> Control Module
Programming.

NOTE:

During erroneous operation, the speed display will still be shown at the bottom edge, but the rest of the display will remain black.
