Assembling CV joint

Insert rear axle shaft (37a) with joint hub (37d) and ball retainer (37d) in joint ring (37c) and align so that the balls can be inserted.

Before inserting the joint hub, pack half the quantity of grease in the joint ring.

Install ball cage on joint hub.

Watch the alignment marks made earlier. In the event of the marking not being applied, the ball retainer must be mounted on the joint hub so that a
wide web on the joint hub is always opposite a narrow web on the joint ring.

Insert balls one after the other.
