Power Window Not Functioning

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of the power window in any door not functioning and exhibiting the below symptoms, this
may be due to a software error in the door control module.

The temperature will fluctuate greatly (+10°C or -10°C) when actuating the window. To check, using Star Diagnosis (SDS) via menu path: Control
units --> Seats and doors --> DCM-XX - Door control module (Choose DCM with the issue) --> Actual values --> Power window --> Thermal fuse,
monitor the "temperature power window motor" while actuating the window.

For door control modules with diagnosis identifier 09 or later the fault code 9066, "Control unit N69/X (XXXX XXXX door control unit) is
defective", will be stored in the fault memory. Diagnosis identifier can be seen at SDS via menu path: Control units --> Seats and doors -->
DCM-XX - Door control module (Choose DCM with the issue) --> Control unit version.

To resolve, flash the applicable door control module using SDS version 08/08 or later, via SDS menu path: Control units --> Seats and doors -->
DCM-XX - Door control module (Choose DCM with the issue) --> Control unit adaptations --> Control module programming. Do not replace any
parts.
