GF82.20-P-2031R Switch Vanity Lamps On/off, Function
Vanity mirrors are integrated in the sun visors. These are illuminated by the lamps left vanity mirror illumination (E14/6) and right vanity mirror
illumination (E14/7) .
The lamps are located in the roof headliner above the sun visors.
Function requirement:

Circuit 15 ON
^
Circuit 15 OFF up to 30 minutes after no databus activity
Switching left vanity mirror illumination (E14/6) or right vanity mirror illumination (E14/7) on:

The illumination is switched on when the particular mirror cover is opened. The sun visor must be locked in its fixture for this purpose.
Switching left vanity mirror illumination (E14/6) or right vanity mirror illumination (E14/7) off:
^
by closing the particular mirror cover or
^
automatically 30 minutes after no transmission over databus to minimize drain on battery.
The switch for right front mirror illumination (S101) or left front (S102) is provided in the sun visor for switching the illumination on/off. These switches
are connected in series to the lamps.
Actuating:
The illumination for the left vanity mirror (E14/6) and right vanity mirror (E14/7) is supplied with voltage through the overhead control panel control
module (N70).

The left reading lamp (A67e1) and right reading lamp (A67e2) are housed in the inside rearview mirror unit (A67) to ensure glare-free use.
Switching the reading lamps on:
When the left reading lamp switch (N70s6) or the right reading lamp switch (N70s7) in the overhead control panel control module (N70) is pressed, the
corresponding reading lamp is switched on.
Switching off
The reading lamps are switched off:

by again pressing the switch, or
^
automatically 30 minutes after no transmission over databus to minimize drain on battery.
