Supercharger

Clean sealing surfaces.

Insert new seal.

Attach air recirculation flap actuator (M16/7) loosely on the charge air cooler. Do not tighten Torx bolts (1).
The air recirculation flap actuator (M16/7) must be movable in order to allow trouble free connection of the charge air cooler and compressor.

Connect charge air cooler and compressor together and fix together with bolts.
Do not use sealant since the charge air cooler and compressor will be separated again.

Tighten front torx bolt (2) on air recirculation flap actuator (M16/7).

Remove bolts and carefully disconnect charge air cooler and compressor.

Tighten all Torx bolts on air recirculation flap actuator (M16/7) [Nm].
