Heater Core: Service and Repair
Heater box
remove. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Heater Core Case/Service and Repair
Clips (arrows)
unclip.
Bolts (24)
unscrew.
Heat exchanger (22)
withdraw upwards.
Pipes at heat exchanger
disconnect and fit to new heat exchanger with new O-rings. Remove screws (25) for this step.
Install
in reverse order.
