Parking Assist Warning Indicator: Description and Operation
Warning Indicator, Location/Task/Design/Function
Task
Displays the distance to an obstacle within the front and rear detection ranges.
Below a minimum distance: Output of an audible warning signal.
Design
The warning indicators consist of the LCD bar displays with 6 yellow and 2 red segments, the frame, the sounder and the microprocessor that evaluates
and converts the data telegrams from the control module. The voltage is supplied to the warning indicators via the control module.
