Removing, installing

No fire, naked flame or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriate marked containers, Wear protective clothing when
handling fuel.

Empty fuel tank, fill
NOTE: If fuel tank is full, pump out about 8 liters of fuel

Remove luggage compartment screen

Lift trim panel for fuel tank in trunk

Unplug socket (arrow) for fuel gage sensor (B4) and pressure sensor
NOTE: only (USA):

Open bayonet lock of fuel gage sensor (B4)
Refer to Special Tool below

Take out fuel gage sensor (B4)
