Trunk / Liftgate Ajar Switch: Service and Repair
AR88.50-P-5010-01V Jumper Trunk Partition "closed" Switch
1. Connect trunk partition closed limit switch (S69/10) with corresponding electric wiring harness.
2. Actuate trunk partition closed limit switch (S69/10) by hand in direction of arrow (arrow A) and insert suitable screwdriver between housing (2)
and actuation lever (1) (arrow B) until actuation lever (1) is clamped.
Carefully clamp actuation lever (1)Danger of damaging trunk partition closed limit switch (S69/10).
3. Place jumpered trunk partition closed limit switch (S69/10) into trunk Ensure that the screwdriver does not become loose eliminating the jumper.
