5. Install the boot at the wheel end.

Press the boot into the groove in the halfshaft joint.

1. Slide a small screwdriver under the boot seat to allow the air to escape.
2. Locate the boot in position and install the small boot clamp.

Remove the screwdriver.

9. Using the special tool, tighten the large and small boot clamps at the wheel end (large boot clamp shown).
