Cougar/XR7 V8-4.6L VIN W (1997)
16. Install rear disc brake rotor and new pushnuts.
17. Install rear disc brake caliper over rear disc brake rotor with outer brake pad against the rear disc brake rotor braking surface. This will prevent
pinching the piston boot between the inner rear brake shoe and lining and the piston.
18. Install upper and lower disc brake caliper locating pins. Tighten to 105-135 Nm (78-99 ft. lbs.).
19. Install parking brake rear cable and conduit on the rear disc brake caliper.
