Special Instructions for Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) Decals
Most of the vehicles serviced under this recall will require a new Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) decal. Decals will be mailed directly to
the owners of the affected vehicles. Each decal will have the vehicle identification number (VIN) of the vehicle printed on it.
In the event that an owner returns a vehicle without a decal refer to the enclosed vehicle listing or Exhibit IV to determine the correct decal. Contact your
FPSD District Office and provide the decal part number and the VIN.
