Disconnect PCV valve and hose assembly from intake manifold, vacuum elbow and separator (Figure 1).

Remove vacuum elbow from vacuum line.
5.
Install new crankcase vent valve and hose assembly.
6.
Remove choke pull-down vacuum delay valve (Brown/Black) (Figure 2).
7.
Disconnect yellow spark port vacuum line and white EGR port vacuum line from vacuum ports on rear of carburetor (Figure 2, View A).
8.
Install 5/32-inch vacuum cap on spark port (Figure 2, View A).
9.
Install "T" connector and hose assembly on EGR port on rear of carburetor (Figure 2, View A).
10.
Connect yellow spark port vacuum hose and white EGR port vacuum hose to fittings shown in Figure 2, View A.
