Detach the steering wheel switch wiring from the retainers and position the wires aside.
3. Remove the steering wheel bolt.

To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
4. CAUTION: Do not allow the special tool to damage the steering wheel switch wires and connector while removing the steering wheel.
Using the special tool, remove the steering wheel.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
