Compressor Fitting HVAC: Service and Repair
With Auxiliary Climate Control
REMOVAL
NOTE: Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the A/C system except when there is physical evidence of
contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.
1. Remove the A/C compressor.
2. Disconnect the high pressure cutoff switch electrical connector.
3. Remove the nut and disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly from the A/C condenser.

Discard the O-ring seal.
4. Open the clip and detach the compressor manifold and tube assembly.
