5. Separate the driveshaft from the transfer case.
1. Remove the four bolts.
2. Carefully remove the driveshaft.
Installation
1. Note: Install new rear driveshaft-to-driveshaft rear axle pinion flange bolts and driveshaft flange yoke-to-transfer case bolts. If new bolts are not
available, coat the threads of the original bolts with Threadlock and Sealer EOAZ-19554-AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification
WSK-M2G351-A5.
To install, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
