Evaporator Outlet Line

REMOVAL

NOTE:  Installation of a new suction accumulator is not required when repairing the air conditioning system except when there is physical evidence of
system contamination from a failed A/C compressor or damage to the suction accumulator.

1. Recover the refrigerant.
2. Remove the air cleaner housing and the air cleaner outlet tube.

3. Remove the bolts and position aside the degas bottle.

4. Remove the nut and the refrigerant line bracket.

5. Remove the nut from the evaporator outlet line bracket near the degas bottle.
6. Disconnect the A/C pressure cycling switch electrical connector.
