Disassembly and Assembly

With Air Conditioning

DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove the Panel (PNL)/Defrost (DEF) vacuum control actuator.

Disconnect the connecting rod.

Remove the nuts.

3

Disconnect the vacuum lines.

4

Remove the actuator.

2. Remove the Panel (PNL)/Floor (FLR) vacuum control actuator.

Disconnect the connecting rod.

Remove the nuts.

3

Disconnect the vacuum lines.

4

Remove the actuator.

3. Remove the recirculation/fresh air vacuum control actuator.

Disconnect the connecting rod.

2

Remove the nuts.

3

Disconnect the vacuum line.

4

Remove the actuator.

4. Remove the vacuum line harness.
