Accelerator Pedal: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
1. Verify the condition by operating the accelerator pedal. Check for any resistance when depressing the accelerator pedal to the floor and for
sticking on return.
2. If a concern exists, visually inspect all components of the acceleration control system for damage.
3. If the concern remains after the inspection, determine the symptom and proceed to the symptom chart. See: Symptom Related Diagnostic
