Trunk / Liftgate Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair
Luggage Compartment Door Lock Cylinder
Removal
1.
Unsnap and remove luggage compartment door inside cover from luggage compartment door.
2.
Disconnect anti-tamper switch connector from wiring harness.
3.
Drill out and remove two rivets retaining luggage compartment lock cylinder retainer clip assembly, and remove retainer clip assembly.
4.
Remove luggage compartment lock cylinder from liftgate.
Installation
1.
Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
