Roof Rack Frame: Service and Repair
Installation
1.
NOTE: Center rivet on each luggage carrier slat is a fore-aft locator and it must be installed before remaining rivets.
For roof luggage carrier slats, position on vehicle root panel after applying sealer around rivet holes. Install rivet into place.
2.
For roof luggage carrier side rails, position on vehicle roof panel after applying sealer around holes. Install eight screws. Tighten to 2.7-3.7
N.m (24-32 lb-in).
