Sunroof / Moonroof Motor: Service and Repair
Removal

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable. Remove access cover from rear of roof trim panel.

2.

Disconnect sliding roof panel motor electrical connectors.

3.

NOTE: Once sliding roof panel motor is removed, it must be synchronized (timed) as described under Adjustments.

Remove sliding roof panel motor and retaining screws. Remove sliding roof panel motor.
