Sable V6-183 3.0L DOHC VIN S MFI (1997)
CAUTION: Extra care should be taken not to damage the front brake anti-lock sensor indicator during installation. If teeth are damaged, brake
performance will be affected.
1. With Front Sensor Ring Remover/Replacer positioned on press, place front brake anti-lock sensor indicator on tool.
2. Position front wheel driveshaft joint in Front Sensor Ring Remover/Replacer. Allow front wheel driveshaft joint to rest on front brake anti-lock
sensor indicator.
3. With front wheel driveshaft joint installed in tool, place a steel plate across front wheel driveshaft joint back face. Press front wheel driveshaft
joint until it bottoms out in tool. The front brake anti-lock sensor indicator will be properly positioned when bottomed out in tool.
