REMOVAL

1. Remove A/C evaporator housing.
2. Remove screw, nut and support bracket from A/C evaporator housing and A/C recirculating air duct. 
3. Disconnect vacuum hose from heater and A/C air inlet duct door vacuum control motor.
4. Remove three screws retaining A/C recirculating air duct to A/C evaporator housing.

INSTALLATION

1. Follow removal procedures in reverse order.

REMOVAL

1. Remove LH A/C evaporator register duct.

2. Remove two screws retaining LH A/C side window demister and hose to instrument panel and remove from instrument panel.

INSTALLATION

1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.

RH

REMOVAL

1. Remove instrument panel.

2. Disconnect RH A/C side window demister and hose from A/C accumulator tube support clip and A/C plenum demister adapter on heater air

plenum chamber.
