Install quick-connect fitting into pump.

17.

Connect the new power steering line at pump end.

18.

Remove wiring from the RH valve cover stud.

19.

Install the new power steering line brackets to valve cover studs and tighten 8-12 Nm (6-8 lb-ft).

20.

Install wiring on RH valve cover stud.

21.

Install the radiator hose and heater hose back into position.

22.

Install the air box back to position.

23.

Install the distribution fuse box back to position.

24.

Connect the battery back to position.

25.

Fill the radiator with fluid and bleed the system per section 03-03 of service manual.

26.

Fill the power steering fluid reservoir.

27.

Purge the air out of the power steering system per section 11 of the service manual.
