Fuel Filler Hose: Service and Repair
Fuel Tank to Fuel Filler Pipe Hose
REMOVAL
1. Drain fuel from fuel tank.
2. Raise vehicle on hoist.
3. Loosen hose clamps and disconnect fuel tank to fuel filler pipe hose.
INSTALLATION
1. Install fuel tank-to-fuel filler pipe hose. Tighten hose clamps to 2.7-3.7 Nm (24-32 lb in).
2. Lower vehicle.
3. Refill fuel tank.
CAUTION: Make sure that all tubes and vents are properly connected and sealed prior to refilling the fuel tank.
