9.  Remove bolts retaining window regulator electric drive to front door window regulator.

Installation

1.  Install the front door window channel bracket onto front door window regulator.
2.  Install window regulator electric drive to front door window regulator.
3.  Install front door window channel bracket, front door window regulator and window regulator electric drive into front door. Set the regulator base

plate to front door inner panel using base plate locator tab as a guide.

4.  Install four rivets to attach front door window regulator to front door inner panel.

Note: Two 1/4-20 x 1-inch bolts and two 1/4-20 nut and washer assemblies may be used as alternates for front door window glass retention.
However, torque must not exceed 4-7 N-m (3-5 lb-ft). Equivalent metric retainers may be used.

5.  Install window regulator equalizer arm bracket.
6.  Lower regulator arms to access holes in front door inner panel. Install front door window glass as outlined.
7.  Connect window regulator electric drive electrical connector.
8.  Adjust front door window glass to ensure proper alignment with front door glass top run. Cycle front door window glass for smooth operation.
9.  Install front door trim panel and watershield.
