Oil Pan Baffle

Oil Pan Baffle 

Removal 

1. Remove the oil pump screen cover and tube. 

2. Remove the nuts and the oil pen baffle.

Installation 

1. Position the oil pan baffle and install the nuts.

Tighten the nuts in two stages.

-

Stage 1: Tighten to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.).

-

Stage 2: Tighten 45°.

2. Install the oil pump screen cover and tube.
