Push cable housing snap in locking tabs through retaining hole with retaining tabs in the vertical position (Figure 7). Be certain tabs are completely
through hole.

Insert plastic tie strap through both retaining tabs (Figure 7).
5.
Securely fasten tie strap and cut off excess.
