Rear Wheel Bearing Assembly

1.

Raise and support vehicle.

2.

Remove grease cap from hub. Remove cotter pin, nut retainer, adjusting nut and flat washer from spindle, Fig. 7. Discard cotter pin.

3.

Pull hub and drum assembly off spindle being careful not to drop outer bearing assembly.

4.

Remove outer bearing assembly.

5.

Using seal removal tool 1175-AC or equivalent, remove and discard grease seal. Remove inner bearing assembly from hub.

6.

Reverse procedure to install.
