This TSB article is being reprinted in its entirety to simplify the service procedure and to be sure the correct dimensions are used when installing the pop
rivets.
ISSUE:
A "squeak" from the right hand cowl area during braking or acceleration may be caused by an inadequate spot weld on the sidemember
assembly.

ACTION:
To correct this, install two (2) 3/16" pop rivets using Rotunda Tool Number D80L-23200-A, Figure 2.
NOTE:
Fuel line must be loosened and pulled away to allow access to the rivet area.
