TRIM - INTERIOR - "B" PILLAR UPPER FINISH PANEL LOOSE - VEHICLES BUILT BEFORE 9/01/88

FORD:

1988-89 TEMPO

LINCOLN-MERCURY: 1988-89 TOPAZ

ISSUE:

A "B" pillar finish panel that comes loose from the door scuff plate may be caused by the "B" pillar panel expanding during temperature
changes.

ACTION:

Install two (2) trim screws through the "B" pillar panel to hold it to the door scuff plate. Refer to the following procedure for service details.
