Using rack oil seal protector tool No. T87P-3504-H or equivalent, over rack, install rack bushing and end plate, Fig. 13.

Install rack attaching snap ring to housing.

Using pinion bearing replacer tool No. T90P-3504-BH and driver handle tool No. T80T-4000-W or equivalents, install lower pinion bearing.
