Villager V6-181 3.0L SOHC VIN 1 EFI (1997)
5. Remove the 25 rear air conditioning and heating assembly case screws and separate the rear air conditioning and heating assembly case.
6. Remove the heater core and/or the A/C evaporator core from the assembly case.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. If installing a new rear A/C evaporator core, add the proper amount of refrigerant oil.
Heating and Defrosting
REMOVAL
1. Remove the heater assembly from the vehicle.
2. Remove the two screws from the heater pipe plate and remove the plate from the heater assembly.
