6. Position the camshaft end plate and the fuel pump switch bracket and install the three camshaft end plate bolts.

7. Lubricate the sealing surfaces of a new camshaft oil seal and install a new camshaft front seal on Cam Seal Protector T9OP-6256-AH. Install the

camshaft oil seal on the front of the cylinder head using Camshaft Seal Replacer T92P-6256-AH.

8. Use Camshaft Seal Replacer T92P-6256-AH to draw the camshaft oil seal into the cylinder head until the camshaft seal replacer bottoms out.
9. Remove the replacer and protector from the end of the camshaft.
10. Remove the cylinder head from Head Holding Fixture D83L-500-A or equivalent.
11. Install the rocker arm shaft and rocker arm assemblies on the rocker arm shaft support.
12. Install the rocker arm shaft support on the cylinder head.
13. Install the rocker arm shaft bolts. Tighten the rocker arm shaft bolts in two steps to 18-22 Nm (13-16 ft. lbs.).

CAUTION:  Set camshaft lobes so that the valves are not lifted. Tightening the rocker arm shaft bolts with valves lifted can result in damaged
valve components.

14. Remove the mechanic's wire from the valve tappets.
15. Install the cylinder head.
16. Install the lower intake manifold. 
17. Install the upper intake manifold. 
18. Install the timing belt. 
19. Install the engine's air cleaner intake tube. 
20. Connect the battery ground cable.
