Piston Pin Clearance
The standard connecting rod bushing-to-piston pin clearance should be within 0.005-0.017 mm (0.0002-0.0007 inch).
The connecting rod bushing-to-piston pin clearance limit is 0.023 mm (0.0009 inch).
If the connecting rod bushing-to-piston pin clearance exceeds the limit, replace the connecting rod assembly and/or the piston and pin set.
