Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the transaxle.
3. Remove the flywheel.
4. Use Seal Remover T92C-6700-CH to remove the crankshaft rear oil seal from the crankshaft rear main oil seal cover. Discard the crankshaft rear
oil seal.
INSTALLATION
1. Apply a small amount of clean engine oil to the lip of the new crankshaft rear oil seal.
2. Use Rear Crankshaft Seal Replacer T92P-6701-AH to install the crankshaft rear oil seal until it is flush with the edge of the crankshaft rear main
oil seal cover.
3. Install the flywheel.
4. Install the transaxle.
5. Connect the battery ground cable.
