System Relay: Testing and Inspection
BLOWER MOTOR RELAY TEST
1. Key OFF.
2. Remove the front blower motor relay.
3. Using a jumper, connect terminals 1 and 3 of the blower motor relay to the battery positive terminal.
4. Measure the voltage at terminal 5 under the following conditions.
5. Using a jumper, connect terminals 1 and 6 of the blower motor relay to the battery positive terminal.
6. Measure the voltage at terminal 7 under the following conditions.
7. If the voltages are not as specified. replace the front blower motor relay. Otherwise, return to the Pinpoint Tests.
