Interior Lighting Module: Description and Operation
The timer module is located behind the LH instrument panel lower cover and controls various timing functions in the vehicle.
The timer module incorporates a battery saver feature which turns off the interior lamps and glove compartment lamp if a door, the liftgate or glove
compartment door is left opened. The rear dome lamp and other lamps controlled by the front doors or body side door will dim to off after approximately
30 minutes. If the liftgate is left opened, the luggage compartment lamp will dim to off after approximately 30 minutes.
