4. Install the rear spring bolt washers and nuts. Tighten the rear spring bolt nuts to 71-98 Nm (53-72 ft. lbs.).
5. Position the rear shock absorber on the rear axle housing mounts. Install the lower rear shock absorber nuts and washers. Tighten the lower bear
shock absorber nuts 30-41 Nm (22-30 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the rear wheel spindle and the brake backing plate.
NOTE: The rear wheel spindles are held in place by the same bolts that hold the brake backing plates in place.
7. Install the brake tubes and rear brake hoses.
8. Install the rear brake anti-lock sensors and the rear brake anti-lock sensor bolts. Tighten the rear brake anti-lock sensor bolts to 1.8-2.4 Nm (16-21
inch lbs.).
