Remove the two (2) rear spring front mounting plate nuts and one (1) rear spring front nut. Refer to Figures 1 and 2. Remove the bolts from the
plate.
4.
Remove the inner and outer plates.
Installation (Right Side)
NOTE:
THE TWO (2) REAR SPRING FRONT MOUNTING PLATES ARE MARKED INNER AND OUTER. BE SURE THE REAR SPRING FRONT
MOUNTING PLATES ARE INSTALLED ON THE CORRECT SIDE.
1.
Position the two (2) new revised rear spring front mounting plates to the chassis and install the new rear spring front mounting plate bolts, nuts and
lockwashers.
2.
Install the rear spring front bolt, lockwasher, and nut.
3.
Torque all three (3) nuts to 58-75 Nm (43-55 lb-ft).
4.
Reinstall the muffler hanger insulators.
Left Side Removal
1.
Remove the two (2) rear spring front mounting plate nuts and one (1) rear spring front nut. Refer to Figure 1 and 2.
2.
Remove the rear spring front bolt.
