Special Tools
1. NOTE: Make sure that fuel, radiator fluid and engine oil are at the specified levels before measuring the spring length. The spare tire, jack, hand
tools and the floor mats in the vehicle should be in their stowed positions.
Measure the spring length with the vehicle in the unloaded position.
2. If the spring length is not within specifications, loosen the eye bracket bolts and adjust the spring length to the specified length.
3. Torque the eye bracket bolts to specification.
