Intake Manifold: Service and Repair
Upper Intake Manifold

Removal 

1. Drain the engine cooling system.
2. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.

3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Disconnect the MAP/BARO sensor.

-

Disconnect the MAP/BARO solenoid.

4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

-

Disconnect the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) electrical connector.

-

Disconnect the Throttle Position (TP) switch electrical connector.

-

Disconnect the Idle Speed Control (ISC) electrical connector.

5. Disconnect the coolant hose.

1. Release the clamp
2. Disconnect the coolant hose.
